      <image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Maple started practicing Pilates in 2016. What originally started as just a new way to cross-train became the reason her posture and flexibility improved. In addition to noticing physical benefits, she also found herself consistently feeling more relaxed after each class. In 2021, she left her consulting career and decided to become a Pilates instructor to help people feel better in their bodies.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Laurel Levasheff, GCFP CPT Laurel has been actively involved with the Pilates Methodology through the NY Pilates Guild 2001 andThe Feldenkrais Method of neuroplasticity, motor re-education (Berkeley, California) 2006. Laurel finds meaning in providing others the exact conditions needed for total transformation. "when you know what you're doing you can do what you want" - Dr Feldenkrais. Diagnosed with scoliosis in her youth, study of classical Ballet technique, San Francisco Ballet Company &amp; Pacific Northwest Ballet Company lends core conditioning like Pilates helps develop a healthy spine and flexible resilient body. while in Dance Pedagogy at University of Oklahoma she was required her to attend Pilates at the University as a means for supporting her spine and preventing injury. Returning home to Seattle she joined a New York Guild sponsored Pilates 1000 hour certification and was certified in New York City with Romana Kryzanowska the successor to Joseph Pilates (2000).</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Caroline discovered Pilates as a way to support her running, but it quickly became an essential part of her overall wellness. After exploring Pilates for several years, she found her stride in 2024 when she began taking classes here at Balance Point Pilates. Now joining the team as an instructor, she is passionate about helping others experience the same strength, balance, and body awareness Pilates has brought to her life. She is mat certified and is currently working toward her comprehensive certification in contemporary Pilates, which she's on track to complete by the end of this year. Caroline believes Pilates is for everybody and encourages clients to begin exactly where they are, knowing that progress starts with simply showing up.</image:caption>
