We are a boutique-style Pilates studio serving clients in Issaquah, Bellevue and Sammamish. 

Our mission is to provide excellent service in all our offerings and business practices and to provide a safe environment that affirms self-worth, general wellness, health, and fitness.

We focus on promoting functional movement and a whole-body workout through Classical Pilates Method. We can also integrate TRX suspension training into your customized workout.

We are proud to offer Pilates private and semi-private instruction on Balance Body reformers, combo chairs and ladder barrel. We invite you to schedule an introductory class and experience a friendly, safe and caring environment with exceptional instruction and customer service.

Book your First Pilates Appointment

Your trainer will introduce you to the studio and the equipment. You will be taken through a series of exercises. Our goal is to create customized Pilates experience just for you!
